Truck and Trailer Mechanic - Diesel

We need a mechanic who can diagnose the problem, fix it right, and move on to the next one.

ICM Logistics runs a tractor-trailer fleet in Vineland, NJ. We're looking for an experienced diesel mechanic to keep our equipment on the road. No big shop politics, no corporate nonsense — just steady work, a solid team, and hours that work for you.

WHAT THE WORK LOOKS LIKE

• Routine service and preventive maintenance on tractors and trailers
• Diagnosing and repairing diesel engine issues
• Brake systems — air and hydraulic
• Tires, wheels, axles, and drivetrain
• DOT and state compliance inspections
• On-site and in-shop repairs as needed
• Work orders completed accurately

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2+ years hands-on diesel or heavy equipment experience (required)
• Real diagnostic ability — not just part swapping
• Comfortable with modern diesel systems
• Detail-oriented with solid documentation habits
• Volvo experience is a plus
• CDL-A is a plus but not required
