Assistant Manager – Delivery Warehouse Operations

Welcome to Golden Logistics! We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and experienced Assistant Manager to join our growing delivery warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to ensuring efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Train and onboard new hires
• Assist drivers with route support and troubleshooting
• Plan and coordinate daily delivery routes
• Make deliveries as needed
• Supervise and support warehouse and delivery staff
• Ensure operational goals and deadlines are met
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Lead by example through professionalism and accountability

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license required
• Social Security Card (SSC) required
• Reliable personal transportation required
• Must own a laptop computer
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Schedule & Availability

• Must be available to work 6 days per week
• Required start time: 6:30 AM
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Flexibility to work additional hours as needed
