Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled Logistics & Warehouse Manager with at least 5 years of experience to run our distribution operations. This is a role for a true "go-getter"—someone who can take full ownership of the warehouse floor, optimize shipping and receiving paths, and manage a team without needing to be micromanaged.

You will be responsible for balancing day-to-day warehouse organization with high-level logistics planning. We need a problem-solver who can handle the fast-paced stress of tight carrier deadlines while keeping safety, inventory accuracy, and team morale at an all-time high.

salary: $55,744 - $74,256 per year

Responsibilities

• Lead the Floor: Supervise, coach, and motivate our warehouse team. Set clear daily goals for picking, packing, and shipping to keep productivity on track.
• Manage Inventory: Oversee full cycle counts and inventory audits using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure 99.9% data accuracy.
• Coordinate Logistics: Act as the main point of contact for external freight carriers and 3PL (third-party logistics) providers. Negotiate rates, schedule pickups/deliveries, and track inbound/outbound shipments.
• Process Improvement: Constantly evaluate warehouse layouts and workflows to eliminate bottlenecks, reduce waste, and improve order fulfillment times.
• Own the Safety Culture: Enforce safety compliance, ensure proper equipment training (forklifts, pallet jacks), and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment
