Mid-sized professional services firm is seeking a Recruiting/HR Specialist to manage and support campus and lateral recruiting through initial life cycle period of new hires

.

Responsibiliti

• esManage the candidate process including being first point of contact, reviewing resumes, conducting first-round interviews, and working with recruiting agencies, candidates, and partners to schedule intervie
• wsCoordinate with core campus schools for recruiting including career fairs, interview schedules and small group gatherin
• gsWork closely with recruiting agencies, building rapport, scheduling, and negotiating contrac
• tsCreate/maintain job descriptions and post open positio
• nsPartner with executives across the fi
• rmConduct research to develop potential candidate pipeline lis
• tsCreate offer letters, coordinate new hire orientations, and conduct new hire check-i
• nsConduct HR reporting and coordinate employee engagement even
• tsTake on ad hoc projects as need

Qualificati

• onsBachelors degree in Human Resources or something compara
• ble3-5 years of human resources or recruiting/recruiting coordinator experience requi
• redExperience in consulting, finance, legal or similar is prefer
• redAdvanced Microsoft Office skills and tech-savvy (including AI proficiency) plus experience with applicant tracking systems requi
• redDetail oriented and have a proven track record in a fast paced environm
• entStrong communication skills, both verbal and writ
• tenProfessional with the ability to maintain confidential
