Senior Manager – Virtual Relationship Management

Role & Responsibilities (Keep Roles & Responsibilities to max 5 bullet points)

• Identify, source, and onboard new partners (IMDs/Agents/POSP) through VRM model
• Ensure activation of newly onboarded partners to ensure business generation
• Re-engage and activate dormant/inactive partners to unlock business opportunities
• Enable partners to improve customer density through structured training, capability building and outreach initiatives
• Optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs through sustained engagement via the VRM model
• Lead and manage a team of virtual relationship managers to consistently deliver on business targets
• Strengthening partner relationships through virtual and in person interactions , ensuring business alignment and continuous engagement

Education: Graduate /Postgraduate in any discipline

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in partner management, Agency Sales in GI
