Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting functions for allocated clients
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports
• Ensure tax compliance and statutory filings
• Handle payroll processing
• Oversee accounts finalization
• Coordinate and support internal/external audits
• Maintain accuracy in financial records and reporting

Desired Skills & Experience

• CA Fresher or CA Inter with 2–3 years of experience
• Strong understanding of Accounts, Taxation, Payroll and Audit processes
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and MS Excel
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
• Strong communication, leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple client assignments
