Job Description

Join our dynamic team where you will be responsible for managing the e-verify, I-9 process, and other essential HR employment processes. You will work closely with full-time employees, ensuring compliance and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Action on I-9 cases within the HR Information System, matching employee files with government records.
• Document case information accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with internal managers via email or phone to obtain necessary documents or information.
• Navigate the system to ensure appropriate documents are in place for employee eligibility to work.
• Ensure identification matches and legal residency compliance.

Essential Skills

• Proficient in navigating various computer systems.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Ability to analyze information and act diligently.
• Typing speed of 60 WPM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in an HR role is preferred.
• I-9 experience or legal knowledge is a plus.
• Workday system experience is beneficial.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Self-starter with the ability to maintain a consistent work schedule.

Work Environment

This role is based onsite in an office setting with cubicles. The dress code is business casual.

This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
