Recruiting Duties

Review resumes and applications.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and phone interviews.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Assist with onboarding new employees.
Verify employment documents and maintain personnel files.
Follow up with applicants regarding hiring status.
Office Assistant Duties
Answer incoming phone calls and emails professionally.
Assist clients, employees, and visitors.
Maintain office files and records.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Prepare reports, forms, and correspondence.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Support management with administrative projects as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Healthcare staffing experience is a plus but not required.
