A large, stable organization is seeking a Compensation Programs Manager to lead enterprise-wide compensation strategy supporting approximately 3,500 employees.
This is a high-impact leadership role with visibility across HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, experience building scalable compensation programs, and the ability to influence leaders through data-driven recommendations.
