A large, stable organization is seeking a Compensation Programs Manager to lead enterprise-wide compensation strategy supporting approximately 3,500 employees.

This is a high-impact leadership role with visibility across HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, experience building scalable compensation programs, and the ability to influence leaders through data-driven recommendations.

The organization recently implemented Workday and is continuing to modernize and refine compensation practices across the enterprise. This role offers the opportunity to shape strategy, improve processes, and lead meaningful compensation initiatives in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead compensation analysis, benchmarking, and pay structure design
• Conduct job evaluations, classifications, and market pricing reviews
• Develop compensation recommendations for leadership and hiring teams
• Partner with Recruiting on offers, leveling, and compensation approvals
• Perform advanced compensation modeling, forecasting, and cost analysis
• Analyze retention trends, pay equity, and workforce compensation data
• Support and optimize compensation processes within Workday
• Present compensation insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Manage and mentor two direct reports

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of compensation experience in a complex organization
• Strong background in compensation analysis, benchmarking, and modeling
• Advanced Excel skills required
• HRIS experience required; Workday strongly preferred
• Strong business partnership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting enterprise-level compensation programs preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $150,000 – $210,000
