Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator

Spherion WI & Northern IL is looking for a organized, people-oriented Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator to join our high-energy team in Rockford. In this role, you will be the driving force behind a positive candidate experience, supporting our recruiting team with candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding operations to help fill vital positions across the local market.

Role Highlights

• Compensation: $45,000 - $52,000 base salary (depending on experience)
• Benefits: Full package including Health, Vision, Dental, Short/Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Health Care & Dependent Care FSA, 401k with company contribution, Parental Leave, and a competitive PTO & holiday package.
• Location: Rockford, IL (On-site)
• Shift/schedule: Monday - Thursday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and Friday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
• Employment type: Full-time

What You'll Do

• Guide candidates smoothly through the application, screening, and interview process.
• Communicate effectively with applicants and employees in both English and Spanish via phone, text, and email.
• Coordinate pre-employment steps, including onboarding paperwork, background checks, and first-day details.
• Maintain clean, up-to-date candidate and employee records within company databases.
• Create and manage compelling job postings across various platforms to attract top local talent.
• Assist with day-to-day front office administrative tasks and deliver exceptional service to clients and visitors.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.
• Professional fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, staffing, or human resources preferred.
• Highly organized with a natural ability to multitask, a tech-savvy mindset, and a dependable, service-oriented attitude
