You will control the admissions pathway for an entire campus, spanning initial application to final enrollment. This is not a role where responsibility is distributed. You determine how families engage with us, how thoroughly they grasp the framework, and whether their enrollment decisions reflect genuine alignment.
You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate intentional dialogue, and advise against enrollment when warranted. The objective is not enrollment maximization. The objective is mission alignment.
We welcome candidates from high-caliber service sectors outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive admissions programs, premium hospitality, executive concierge, exclusive membership platforms, or entrepreneurial operators who have directly stewarded high-stakes client experiences from start to finish.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
