Compensation

$60,000 - $85,000 Base Salary + 10% Bonus + Equity

Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite | Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

A rapidly growing organization is seeking a Human Resources & Payroll Associate to join its team in Vineland, NJ. The organization operates across multiple international markets, including the United States, France, and the UAE. This company launched operations in Vineland, NJ in March 2025 and is experiencing significant growth, with plans to hire approximately 60-100 employees by year-end.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and enjoys building processes from the ground up. The organization is still establishing many of its HR procedures and standard operating practices, making this an ideal fit for a hands-on HR professional who is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this individual will serve as a key member of the HR team and will help oversee recruiting, onboarding, payroll administration, benefits administration, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support high-volume recruiting initiatives, primarily focused on blue-collar and operations hiring
• Coordinate onboarding activities from offer acceptance through orientation
• Partner with IT and operational leaders to facilitate workstation, equipment, and system access setup
• Manage new hire documentation, background checks, and onboarding compliance requirements
• Administer employee benefits and serve as a resource for benefit-related inquiries
• Process and oversee payroll activities while ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Validate timesheets, attendance records, and payroll-related data
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data integrity
• Assist with employee relations matters and HR compliance initiatives
• Coordinate performance management processes and documentation
• Manage employee offboarding activities, including exit interviews and separation documentation
• Support the development and implementation of HR processes, policies, and SOPs

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Human Resources, Payroll, Recruiting, or People Operations experience
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments strongly preferred
• Experience with payroll processing and HR compliance
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and operate independently
• Comfortable working within a growing organization where processes are still being developed
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
