About the Role We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing organization and support recruitment activities in a fast-paced, international environment. This role goes beyond execution: you will actively contribute to optimizing recruitment processes, improving candidate experience, and leveraging modern tools, platforms, and AI-driven solutions to support scalable hiring.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
● Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned roles, in close collaboration with the Chief People Officer.
● Source, screen, and coordinate interviews using ATS, recruitment platforms, and proactive sourcing strategies.
● Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure accurate recruitment documentation.
● Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Onboarding & Candidate Follow-Up
● Support pre-employment and onboarding processes, including documentation, background checks, and coordination.
● Provide structured administrative follow-up for new hires from offer acceptance through their first annual review cycle, ensuring smooth integration and continuity. Recruitment Process Optimization
● Continuously review and optimize recruitment workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality.
● Propose and support improvements in sourcing methods, screening processes, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.
● Contribute to the documentation and standardization of recruitment best practices.
Recruitment Innovation & Technology
● Explore and leverage AI-driven recruitment tools, automation, and dedicated sourcing platforms to enhance hiring effectiveness.
● Monitor recruitment trends, tools, and technologies, and share insights to support data-driven decision-making.
● Support the adoption of approved recruitment technologies and innovative practices. Stakeholder Collaboration
● Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
● Provide recruitment updates and insights to support workforce planning and decision-making. What We’re Looking For
● Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
● Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
● Experience with ATS and modern recruitment platforms
● Interest in recruitment optimization, automation, and AI
● Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
