Exam Proctor

This role supports a hospital undergoing a major Epic implementation, where employees will attend structured training sessions to prepare for the new system rollout. The proctor is essential in maintaining an organized, professional training experience.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Experience supporting training sessions, meetings, or events (healthcare or IT training preferred)
• Comfortable managing both virtual platforms (e.g., Teams/Zoom) and in-person logistics
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment

Duration: ASAP- July 18th

Schedule/Hours: Primary days/hours will be Mon-Friday 8am-5pm ; trainings from 7am-10:30pm opportunity for OT
