Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $16.75 - $16.75 / hour*What You'll Be Doing as a HR Assistant:
- Review and process employment applications
- Assist applicants with the application process and completing employment paperwork
- Notify applicants of missing documents or required information
- Compile and maintain applicant and position-related records
- Collaborate with Human Resources Assistants and Recruiting teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assignments
- Track application screenings and job requisition activity
- Assist with faculty and staff job fairs and recruitment events as needed
- Support Staffing Specialists with recruiting activities and process improvement projects
- Assist with documentation and data preparation for audits, compliance reviews, and special projects
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates by providing updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in Workday
- Generate recruitment reports, track pipeline activity, and support data accuracy
- Prepare monthly activity reports and perform other duties as assigned Available Shifts: Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)
Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People
- Ready
- Associate's degree
- A minimum of 60 earned college hours
- At least one (1) year of human resources or professional work setting experience, preferred.
