Drug Enforcement Administration
This position is located in the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), San Antonio Division/ McAllen District Office, Omaha Division and Minneapolis/St. Paul District Office.
This position's primary purpose is to assist leadership in the performance of administrative, human resource liaison, internal control, logistics to include fleet, personal property (accountable and non-accountable) and supply management, quality assurance, Records Management, and Task for Officer (TFO) Management.
Duties Help Salary range includes locality pay for each duty location:
Preparing requests for personnel actions (also known as SF-52s, RPAs, or PARs), working closely with Headquarters Human Resources Specialist(s) and Management within the Division.
Researching and resolving general issues related to employee pay and leave.
Performing vehicle management, including ensuring timely maintenance, service, repairs, supplement equipment, and documentation.
Conducting periodic inventory of equipment and property utilization.
Establishing, files, maintains, purges, and disposes of office records/files in accordance with regulations and procedures.
Completing routine logistics functions to include supply management, inventory management, accountable property management, facility management, and transportation and fleet management/maintenance.
Applicants applying for the GS-11 must meet one of the following requirements: Have at least one full year of qualifying specialized experience that is at least equivalent in difficulty and complexity to work performed at the GS-09 grade level.
Specialized experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
