Part-Time Recruiter - Remote

Join Our Team as a Part-Time Contract Recruiter!

Are you a passionate and energetic recruiter eager to connect with top talent? We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to help us build our team and drive our company's success from the comfort of your home. This is a part-time, 100% remote position!

Your Role

• Utilize various strategies such as networking, cold calling, and engaging through job fairs and college campuses to attract exceptional candidates.
• Screen candidates through our HR system and ensure it remains updated for efficiency.
• Manage and collaborate with external recruiting agencies as needed.
• Provide training to managers and executives on effective recruiting techniques.
• Participate in additional HR responsibilities, including advising on new HR technology, corporate training, employee development, and compensation planning.
• Assist with updating HR policies.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a proven track record.
• Preferably a combination of agency and in-house recruiting experience.
• Experience in freelance or contract roles is highly desirable.
• This position requires an average commitment of 20-30 hours weekly, with flexibility based on business needs.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Strong computer skills to handle various HR tools and systems.
