Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Finance Assistant for a respected educational organization in Yuma, Arizona. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity. Monday through Friday schedule, typically between 7:00/8:00 AM and 4:00/5:00 PM, with occasional attendance at school-related events outside of regular business hours as needed.
The Finance Assistant will support the day-to-day financial and accounting operations of the organization. This position assists with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, account reconciliations, audit preparation, grant management, and compliance activities.
The Finance Assistant will work closely with finance leadership to support month-end and year-end processes, maintain accurate financial records, and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the finance department.
