Manage the development of executive recruitment strategies for the more complex executive-level recruitments by communicating with hiring managers to clarify ambiguities in job definitions and success factors, determining optimal sourcing methods based upon position needs, maximizing sourcing dollars and reducing time to hire, delegating the cold calling of recruits and referrers, evaluating the effectiveness of different sources of candidates from previous searches, reviewing communication strategies developed by staff to attract candidates; and analyzing trends and forecasting changes in workforce requirements in order to prepare for future recruitments.
Plan, organize, and direct the work of staff for the more complex executive-level recruitments by reviewing staff work product for errors and consistency. Execute highly complex special projects by serving as the leader/liaison with other divisions, County departments, and outside organizations; preparing for and attending functions or events; and presenting information to others.
