Executive Recruiter - at Executive Search Firm New York City Full-Time, Permanent Hybrid $120k-150k p.a. base salary, plus competitive commission structure ASAP start Tiger Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing executive search and consulting firm seeking a senior-level Executive Recruiter to join their expanding NYC office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, high-performing executive search or recruitment consultant with deep market expertise, ideally across Private Equity, Finance, or Tech, although strong experience in other industries is also welcome. WHAT YOU’LL DO Lead end-to-end executive search delivery with high ownership within your core areas of expertise.

The role is sector-flexible – though Finance, Private Equity, and Tech are of particular interest. Lead business development initiatives in partnership with senior consultants. Lead research, market mapping, and candidate identification for senior-level mandates. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and passive candidates.

Track market intelligence, including leadership moves, hiring trends, and competitor activity.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experienced senior recruiter or executive search consultant in a high-performance, commercial environment.
• Ideally exposure to Finance, Private Equity, or Tech sectors (broader experience also welcome). Proven ability to build relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
• Commercially driven, with a strong track record of performance or billings.
• Curious, proactive, and highly self-motivated.
