Lead Bartender & Sales Coordinator Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Bartend during peak times, help with liquor inventory control, ordering and menu development
• Meet with prospective event clients, consulting on all details from menus to audio-visual needs
• Coordinate event requirements and updates across all relevant departments
• Collaborate with management, ownership, and marketing on promotions and guest experience initiatives
• Interact frequently with the bookkeeper and front desk for operational alignment
