Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter to support hiring efforts for current and upcoming openings in Tennessee. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with candidates, conducting thorough evaluations, and helping build strong talent pipelines.

The person in this role will contribute to a positive candidate experience while maintaining organized recruiting processes and accurate employment documentation.

Responsibilities

• Source prospective candidates through online platforms, internal databases, networking, referrals, outreach calls, and other recruiting channels aligned with hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, education, relevant experience, and overall fit for open positions.
• Maintain accurate recruiting and employment records, ensuring documentation is current, complete, and properly organized.
• Communicate with prospective applicants about job opportunities, workplace environment, benefits, and organizational functions.
• Partner with hiring stakeholders to identify talent needs and support recruitment strategies for both immediate and future staffing demands.
• Build and sustain candidate pipelines by engaging talent across multiple sourcing methods and maintaining timely follow-up throughout the hiring process.
