Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter based in New Orleans, LA. In this position, the Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating new hire onboarding.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining recruitment pipelines, building relationships with hiring managers, and developing creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. The Recruiter will play a key role in ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains skilled employees to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Strong skills in communication, relationship-building, and collaboration with diverse teams
• Ability to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
• Knowledge hiring trends and best practices
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance related to recruitment
• Experience in recruitment for multiple states
• Experience in ADP is preferred

Base Salary Range - $50,000 - $60,000 DOE
