Management Analyst

Welcome to the City of Fresno! We are excited to offer you the position of Management Analyst, a role that provides the opportunity to use your expertise and problem-solving skills to make a positive impact in the community. In this role, you will develop, analyze and make recommendations regarding the organization’s management policies, procedures and practices.

You will act as a consultant to management, helping to identify and develop solutions to organizational challenges.

We are looking for an individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to generate creative solutions to complex issues. Additionally, you should possess strong communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with colleagues and management.

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or a related field, as well as at least two years of work experience in a management-related role.
