As a Front Line Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading your team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and organizing work for subordinates, adjusting short-term priorities, and preparing schedules to meet deadlines.
- Assigning tasks to team members based on priorities, considering the complexity of assignments and employees' skills.
- Evaluating subordinate performance and making recommendations for recognition or disciplinary actions.
- Providing guidance, advice, and instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters.
- Conducting interviews for potential candidates and recommending appointments, promotions, or reassignment as necessary.
- Addressing and resolving employee complaints, and referring more serious grievances as appropriate.

- Initiating improvements in production, work processes, and the overall quality of work.
In addition to these general duties, you will also be responsible for:
- Overseeing program activities within designated functional areas, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives in audit and risk management.
- Managing the implementation and tracking of Planned Corrective Actions (PCAs), addressing audit findings and identified risks through documented actions, assigned responsibilities, and timelines.
- Monitoring policies, procedures, and training initiatives to ensure compliance with audit and risk management standards while supporting staff understanding and application of policy requirements.
- Supervising activities related to reporting and systems management, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting of audit findings and corrective actions.
- Monitoring program performance and operational metrics, identifying trends, risks, or gaps, and escalating significant issues to senior management while recommending process improvements.
