Manage and monitor grant funds for multiple county departments.

Ensure compliance with grant requirements and regulations.

Conduct financial analysis of grant funds and report on their status.

Prepare and submit timely and accurate grant reports to funding agencies.

Monitor budget expenditures and provide recommendations for cost savings.

Collaborate with county departments to develop grant proposals and budgets.

Maintain accurate and organized grant records and documentation.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding grant funding.

Stay up-to-date on changes in grant regulations and policies.

Identify potential funding opportunities and assist in the application process.

Provide support and guidance to county departments in managing grant funds.

Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and reimbursement for grant funds.

Prepare and present financial reports to department heads and county officials.

Assist in the development and implementation of grant management policies and procedures.

Uphold principles of fiscal responsibility and integrity in all aspects of grant management.
