Anticipated Hiring Salary: $4,047 per month (Step 1)
Full CSU Classification Salary Range: $4,047 - $5,896 per
month
probationary, non-exempt position.
The CSU system provides a comprehensive benefit package that
includes medical, dental and vision plans, membership in the
California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS), sick and
vacation time, and 15 paid holidays a year. Eligible employees are
also able to participate in the fee waiver education program. A

Under the general supervision of the Department Chairs for
Criminology and Geography and City & Regional Planning, the
individual will provide administrative and clerical support for
both departments. With similar responsibilities in both
departments, the successful individual will provide support for
both departments, with time split between both departments at
approximately 50%. The successful individual will assist the chairs
and faculty to ensure that all University and College requirements
and deadlines are accurately and promptly met. This position
requires considerable discretion and judgment in order to
effectively coordinate and support all functions related to
delivery of essential department programs, academic and options
certificates and services. This individual will serve as the office
coordinator.
