This position is a part-time role located within our Pyro Combustion office located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Administrative Assistant is a part-time role that will assist with the coordination and completion of various support tasks for the company’s Pyro Combustion location.

Key Responsibilities

• Entering invoices into customer portals
• Assist with collections and follow up on accounts receivables
• Entering credit card receipts
• Review vendor statements
• Review open job folders – follow up and close out jobs completed and/or missed
• Close out Work Orders
• Handle correspondences – answering phones, emails and assist with preparing documentation
• Other general administrative tasks – greeting visitors, office supply orders and other duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this position, it is desired that you have the following:

• Previous experience working in an office environment completing administrative support tasks and data entry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills
• High school diploma, additional qualifications or certifications are a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
