Responsibilities

• Highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional with experience supporting senior living communities
• Experienced in managing calendars, coordinating appointments, and scheduling meetings for community leadership
• Skilled in maintaining resident records, preparing documentation, and ensuring accurate data entry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills when interacting with residents, families, and staff
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and community-based administrative systems
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced senior living environment
• Committed to providing compassionate, professional service to residents and their families
• Dedicated to supporting community leadership and enhancing overall operational efficiency

Shift

• Monday-Friday 8:00 am -4:00pm

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or a related setting

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and electronic record systems

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

Strong customer service skills with a compassionate and professional demeanor

Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Experience supporting executive leadership or community management preferred
