Job Title: Sales Administrative Assistant

Location: Vineland, NJ (On-site)

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Our client in Vineland, NJ, is seeking a high-level Sales Support Professional to act as the "backbone" of their sales department. This is a Temp-to-Hire position, offering $25.00 per hour. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Core Responsibilities

• Sales Team Enablement: Act as the primary point of contact for the sales team, streamlining workflows and ensuring all client-facing materials are accurate.
• Account Research: Conduct deep-dive research on prospective sales accounts and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
• Data Management: Maintain and audit complex spreadsheets (Excel) to track sales performance, lead generation, and account status.
• Professional Communication: Manage high-volume email correspondence and act as a liaison between internal teams and external clients.
• Administrative Excellence: Oversee general office operations including digital filing, scanning, document preparation, and database management.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in a Sales Support or Sales-adjacent role is highly preferred.
• Tech Savviness: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel for data management and Outlook for professional communication).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact confidently with executive-level stakeholders.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to research, synthesize information, and present findings clearly.
• Organizational Skills: A "proactive" approach to multitasking with a sharp eye for detail.
