Office Administrative Assistant

What you’ll do: General Office Administration and Tax Department support in our El Paso office. Assist Tax Coordinator with processing and assembling tax returns, scan documents and upload for preparation, handle e-filing, some responsibility for client relations, contact with clients regarding status of account and payment collections, and other department needs as assigned including general office help.

What you’ll need: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Requires strong computer skills, and ability to quickly learn new software. Position will require superior attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a commitment to excellent client service, flexibility, and the ability to manage shifting priorities.

A minimum of one year of relevant administrative or customer service preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in an accounting firm, law firm, or other professional services firm.

This is a part-time, in-person, non-exempt position in our El Paso office. Some mandatory overtime will be required during tax busy season.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
