Front Desk Receptionist and Administrative Assistant

Medical Receptionist wanted for busy podiatric surgeon’s office. We are looking for a person with experience in the medical field with a positive attitude. You must have the ability to handle a fast paced environment with exceptional multi-tasking and customer service skills. We are looking for a detail orientated person with a great personality that enjoys working in a team environment.

Having a warm, welcoming, friendly and caring demeanor is a must as patient satisfaction is first priority in our practice. Job duties include but are not limited to answering phones, scheduling, greeting patients, insurance verification, filing, collecting money etc. We need an individual who has a good work ethic and willing to learn new things. The ability to learn quickly and some clinical experience is a plus.
