PHOENIX FIRE PROTECTION has been an industry leader for fire protection services in the CENTRAL VALLEY for over 25 years. We are based in VISALIA, CA and have an excellent team of employees who are responsible for the design, installation, and inspection of sprinkler systems, kitchen fire suppression systems, fire extinguishers, and kitchen hood/duct systems.

Job Description

Office Team Member/Receptionist Job requirements

• Work with customers, on the telephone and/or in person.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Manage both digital scanning and hard copy filing systems.
• General office duties vary as needed.
• Use of general office equipment

Office Staff Skills and Qualifications

• Good Telephone Etiquette & Verbal Communication.
• Bilingual.
• Scheduling experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of MS Word & Excel required. QuickBooks knowledge helpful.
• Work with customers, on the telephone and/or in person.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Data Entry: Job cost receipts, Entering bills, Invoices.
