Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with 2–4 years of experience supporting accounting and administrative functions. This role is responsible for invoice processing, data entry, document management, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate has experience with ERP systems, invoicing workflows, and basic Excel reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and maintain invoices and supporting documentation.
- Enter invoice data accurately into accounting and ERP systems.
- Submit and process invoices in accordance with company procedures.
- Verify invoice information for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for financial records.
- Assist with accounts payable and administrative support tasks.
- Generate and update spreadsheets and reports as needed.
- Communicate with internal teams regarding invoice status and documentation.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of administrative, accounts payable, invoicing, or accounting support experience.
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Concur, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Bill.com or comparable invoice management software.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $22.00 per hour
