📍 On-site (Vallejo, CA) | Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Friday 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

💲 $33/hour.

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support to the Office of the Vice President & Chief Medical Officer.

This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, excels at managing complex priorities, and brings strong judgment, discretion, and communication skills.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the VP & CMO’s office
• Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and high-level scheduling
• Coordinate leadership meetings, events, and communications
• Screen and prioritize correspondence and incoming requests
• Prepare, edit, and review executive-level documents and reports
• Track action items and follow up across departments
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Support administrative, financial, and budget-related tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years supporting senior executive leadership
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and initiative
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
• Experience in healthcare or academic environments preferred
