Are you a proven sales leader who knows how to build, motivate, and manage high-performing call center teams?
We are seeking an experienced Call Center Sales Manager to oversee our growing vacation sales operation. This is a leadership role for someone who has a history of producing results, increasing sales, developing talent, and creating a culture of accountability and success.
For more than 17 years, we have been helping customers enjoy incredible vacation experiences through discounted travel packages that include resort presentations at some of the most desirable destinations in the world.

Manage and oversee daily call center operations
Lead, coach, and develop Closers, Verifiers, and sales staff
Monitor production, conversions, revenue, and team performance
Conduct one-on-one coaching and team training sessions
Hold employees accountable to company goals and expectations
Improve sales performance through motivation and leadership
Analyze reports and identify opportunities for growth
Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training
Develop strategies to maximize production and profitability
Create and maintain a positive, competitive, high-energy sales environment
Work directly with executive leadership to achieve company objectives
Only candidates with proven call center sales management experience will be
considered.
Minimum 5 years of Call Center Sales Management experience
Proven track record of increasing sales and improving team performance
Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
Experience managing high-volume sales teams
Ability to analyze reports and drive results
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems, and reporting tools
Ability to lead by example and earn respect through performance
Vacation sales experience
Travel industry experience
Timeshare or hospitality sales experience
Experience managing Closers and Verification Departments
Multi-location management experience
