This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Team Supervisor at our location in Rochester, MI. The supervisor will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery. This is a "working" supervisor role, meaning you perform some of the same tasks as the Customer Service Team when needed.
Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing team performance, monitoring customer satisfaction metrics, addressing escalated issues, and implementing strategies to improve service operations and customer experiences.
