Big League Movers is hiring a disciplined, driven inside sales producer for our Memphis office.

This is a full-time, in-office inbound call center sales role. You will handle incoming warm

High intent leads, work the phones, follow up with urgency, and turn opportunities into booked moves. This is a sales and closing seat, not customer service and not outside sales.

Think point guard in a fast-break offense. The ball is in your hands, pace matters, and every possession counts.

What you’ll do

• respond quickly to inbound leads
• talk with customers by phone and build quotes
• follow up consistently until the job is booked or clearly passed
• keep customer notes and pipeline activity clean
• stay organized and keep opportunities moving
• help turn incoming demand into booked revenue

Compensation

• $50,000 draw
• aggressive % performance bonus
• $100K+ opportunity for the right producer expected
