Oversee and manage all administrative tasks and operations for the Home Care division of AdventHealth.
Ensure efficient and effective flow of communication between all staff members and departments.
Implement and maintain organizational systems and procedures to improve office efficiency.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the Home Care division.
Manage budgets and monitor expenses to ensure financial stability of the division.
Train and supervise administrative staff, including hiring and performance evaluations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
Collaborate with other departments within AdventHealth to ensure seamless coordination of services.
Act as a liaison between the Home Care division and external stakeholders, such as insurance companies and vendors.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
Assist with the development and implementation of marketing and promotional initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Maintain confidentiality of all patient and company information.
Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by upper management.
