As our company continues to grow, we are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to support company operations and executive leadership.
Position Overview
The Administrative Support Coordinator provides administrative support to the President/CEO while assisting with customer communication, sales order processing, document management, and office coordination.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will become an important part of the daily operation of the company and will have opportunities for increased responsibility and professional growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Enter and process customer sales orders within company ERP systems
- Prepare and distribute internal job documentation
- Assist with customer communications and order status updates
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
- Assist with preparation of correspondence, reports, and company documents
- Support interview scheduling, employee documentation, and administrative personnel functions
- Track and follow up on action items and deadlines
- Maintain accurate records and company databases
- Assist management with special projects and company initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Associate degree or business-related education preferred
- Previous administrative, office support, customer service, or sales support experience preferred
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Manufacturing or industrial experience is helpful but not required

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
