FSG is seeking a professional and customer-focused Office Coordinator to join our team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish fluently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Assist clients with questions regarding their current insurance policies and help them explore new insurance plan options.
• Provide administrative support and maintain accurate office records.
• Manage daily office tasks and ensure efficient office operations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members in both English and Spanish.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, dependable, and people-oriented individual who enjoys working with clients and delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay: $12.00 per hour
