Overview We're a locally owned granite and natural stone shop in Laredo looking for a motivated Office Manager Assistant to join our team and support our daily administrative operations. This paid position is a great opportunity to grow your office and organizational skills while contributing to a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
Duties Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders for managers, team members, and executives. Provide administrative support to the company manager, including organizing documents, preparing reports, and maintaining records. Answer phone calls, emails, and messages professionally, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Coordinate internal communication between departments to help ensure tasks and projects are completed on time. Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to important company information. Help track deadlines, appointments, deliveries, and ongoing projects to ensure smooth daily operations. Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors as needed, including assisting in the office, showroom, warehouse, and outdoor stone/slab yard areas. Experience Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise good judgment, and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Proven office management or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Communication and computer skills. (Google Sheets, Docs and Hotmail) Pay:
