Front Office Receptionist / Check-In Coordinator

We are a busy and growing orthopedic and hand surgery practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Office Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed
• Verify patient information, insurance, and collect co-pays
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy in the electronic medical system
• Assist with daily office operations and administrative support as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical office or front desk role preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computers and scheduling systems (experience with EMR/EHR preferred)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
