We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Executive Assistant and Office Coordinator who will be the heartbeat of our Detroit headquarters and a vital partner to our leadership team.
In this role, you will enable our executives to focus on high-impact tasks by expertly managing ever-changing schedules and creating a welcoming office environment that reflects the Signal culture for both local and visiting team members, as well as our customers.
As the connective tissue of our organization, you will ensure smooth operations by coordinating schedules, managing our physical space, and attending to details with precision.
