Office Administrator and Bookkeeper

We're hiring a dependable and motivated Office Administrator to join a growing roofing, gutter, and restoration company. This role combines bookkeeping, customer service, collections, and general office support.

The ideal candidate will have QuickBooks experience, strong organizational skills, and the confidence to follow up on past due invoices while maintaining positive customer relationships. You'll answer phones, assist customers, manage billing activities, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
