Production Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure that production goals are met efficiently and safely. This role is crucial in maintaining high-quality standards while fostering a productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production schedules and targets are met.
• Request to the support teams the lots and quantities to meet the production schedule of the day.
• Experience operating automated machinery in the produce industry.
• Determine the speed for the production line, along with the Production Manager, based on the quality and product specified in the work/sales order.

Experience

• Citrus production experience (minimum 3 years/Persian Lime)

Skills

• Advanced computer skills on MS Office.
• Strong and effective communication among all levels.
• Must have the ability to effectively follow-up and handle multiple projects.
• Experience as chief management of 14-16 teams of people.
• Associate degree.
• Bilingual

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift (up to 8–10 hours per day).
• Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds safely.
• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and kneeling while supervising production lines and performing occasional hands-on tasks.
• Ability to tolerate temperature variations in cold storage or processing areas.
• Clear vision and hearing to monitor production lines, identify quality issues, and communicate with staff.
• Ability to climb ladders or steps as needed for inspections or equipment access.
