Decibel Gardens
Production Supervisor is a critical position for POW INC., which acts as the bridge of communication between Managers and the trimming/packaging department.
The supervisor will act as our eyes and ears for the entire processing of our cannabis.
Receiving projects for the day, and communicating to production staff.
Organizing the production team to achieve goals of the day/week
Ensuring all data is being recorded accurately
a. Labor Hours
b. Inventory Counts
Signing off on completed projects to ensure accuracy
Completing end-of-week trim and packaging reports
a. Adding up all jars packaged
b. Adding up all trimming weights
c. Meeting with the team to go over the report
Reporting any info/ problems with the processing department to managers
Tracking environmental conditions and reporting issues
Suggest Improvements for department, operations, and/or staff.
Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel for data tracking.
Pay: $20 per hour based on qualifications.
