The Manufacturing Quality Supervisor (QA) will lead and coach designated quality workers and offer guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and safety requirements of products produced and delivered from their location are adhered to. Additionally, this position supports and enforces the certification, regulatory, consumer, and brand standards prescribed by the business while facilitating continuous improvement projects to meet these standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Facilitate, direct, and motivate a group of workers operating on the manufacturing floor and quality assurance lab to deliver results by communicating company aspirations such as customer satisfaction levels, delivery of high-quality services, adherence to safety regulations, and meeting project deadlines
- Develop a culture of continual improvement by regularly assessing team performance and providing feedback to encourage growth

- The objective of the role is to manage and support the Consolidated Management System (CMS) program, which guarantees that the company adheres to regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards. It also requires a thorough understanding of the documentation, training, and organizational aspects necessary for maintaining a globally recognized food safety certification
- As the assistant responsible for managing laboratory data, my role is to ensure the accuracy of the data through exception reporting. This allows me to analyze the data and make recommendations for process improvements that will ultimately benefit the laboratory as a whole
- Collaborate with regulatory and certification bodies to maintain current knowledge and understanding of compliance regulations and trends in the industry
