Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Production Supervisor to lead a team of approximately 30–40 hourly associates in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive workplace, while driving performance across key operational areas including safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of hourly associates to achieve daily production goals while ensuring a safe working environment.
- Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable through regular feedback, coaching, and performance management.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, identifying and resolving mechanical, process, or system failures to minimize downtime.
- Promote and sustain lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, materials, quality, and engineering to drive process improvements.
- Develop team members to be self-sufficient and take ownership of their roles.
- Monitor productivity, cycle times, and quality metrics to meet production targets.
- Coordinate the planning, scheduling, setup, and execution of production activities.
- Oversee material dispersal and distribution to ensure optimal flow and availability for production.
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and process control systems are followed.
Key Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a high-demand, fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience managing production teams of up to 50 associates.
- Hands-on experience in production planning, material management, and quality control.
- Exposure to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
- Experience working with or around CNC machinery is a plus.
- High-performance team leadership experience preferred.

Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- College degree not required, but a plus.
Shift Details
- 1st Shift: Monday through Saturday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
