Your TasksEvaluate manpower needs.
Daily, weekly and monthly reporting of the production data to management.
Engage in customer visits with and/or without the plant management.
Adhere to yearly budget (staff, investments, costs).
Coordinating training of all production employees and line leads and provide documentation to HRLeading the team work of the assembly operators (as the coach of the team, facilitator of the team meetings).
Knowledge and realization of the relevant federal and state laws (OSHA/safety requirements in the work area, enviromental protection, training of the staff).
Ensures team adherence to procedures, job instructions and organization instructions for the work areaContinuous improvement of the organization and processes in the production area.
Ensure autonomous maintenance and 5s policies are being followed.
Other duties assigned by Manager/Supervisor.
